The South Kitsap Lacrosse Club, SKLC, was formed to create and support programs that will allow the local High School programs in mainland Kitsap County to become capable of sustaining Division I status for both boys and girls.  Our goal is to strive to become one of the best community Lacrosse programs in the state of Washington.  Our approach is heavily dependent on involvement from both parents and adults from the local Lacrosse community in the delivery of services in support of our members.  We also depend on the support of local businesses to assist the growth of youth Lacrosse in Kitsap school districts.  All of our resources are applied to create an environment focused on the delivery of Lacrosse educational, training, and promotional activities.

We are always looking for corporate sponsors and volunteers to aid the growth of our program.

Our Mission:

South Kitsap Lacrosse’s mission is to provide youth of all backgrounds an environment through the sport of lacrosse that builds confidence, develops character, fosters teamwork, and improves both mental and physical health. Our goal is to help youth acquire the skills needed to achieve their fullest potential in becoming productive, community minded, responsible adults.

South Kitsap Lacrosse Club seeks to foster a lacrosse community that encourages understanding, appreciation and acceptance of all within its membership and volunteer base. SKL believes that broad representation and participation add significant value to the experience of each of us. We respect, value and celebrate the unique attributes, characteristics and perspectives that make each person who they are. To the greatest extent possible, SKL seeks to lower the barrier of entry at every opportunity to ensure that the sport and community activities are available to all.

The Kitsap Youth Lacrosse Association is a Washington State Nonprofit Corporation.  We are also a Federal Public Charity, with a 501(c)(3) classification, and a Washington State Public Charity.  We support our program through volunteers, corporate sponsors, and charitable donations.
